What's old will soon be new again.

That's because the collaboration between Dry Creek Rancheria and Caesars Entertainment is setting a new course. The partnership will transform River Rock Casino into the luxurious Caesars Republic Sonoma County.

According to casino representatives, this project represents a pivotal moment for both the Tribe and the region.

This partnership with Caesars Entertainment represents more than just a new chapter in our casino’s story — it’s a bold leap into the future for our Tribe and our community. Together, we are creating a world-class resort experience that blends the natural beauty of Sonoma County with premier gaming, hospitality and entertainment,” said Chris Wright, Chairman, Dry Creek Rancheria Band of Pomo Indians.

New Caesars Casino Offers a Vision for the Future

The decision by Dry Creek Rancheria to partner with Caesars Entertainment is a bold move designed to ensure a bright future for the Tribe and community.

“On the heels of a successful launch of Caesars Republic in Lake Tahoe, we couldn’t think of a better place than Sonoma County to continue the brand’s expansion,” said Anthony Carano, President and COO at Caesars Entertainment.

Caesars Republic Sonoma County promises to blend the natural beauty of the surrounding vineyards and Russian River with top-tier gaming, hospitality, and entertainment. The project represents not just a new chapter but a significant leap for the region's economic and cultural legacy.

The extensive transformation of River Rock Casino will include a brand-new casino floor housing more than 1,000 slot machines and 28 table games. Guests can soon anticipate staying in a new 100-room hotel complete with a luxury spa, pool, and fitness center—all essential for a relaxing getaway.

There will also be a strong lineup of food and beverage offerings.

These include a sophisticated steakhouse, an upscale café, and a unique Asian-themed restaurant, alongside a quick-service option for those on the go. Furthermore, a fireside bar, sports bar, and dedicated wine bar, featuring an outdoor deck with valley views, will be added.

Caesars Republic Sonoma County will be part of Caesars Entertainment’s expansive Caesars Rewards® network. Guests who stay and play at the resort can earn and redeem Reward Credits at any of Caesars Entertainment’s 50+ destinations across the country, including Caesars Republic Sonoma County.
