Chargers vs. Raiders
Meyers has 12 red-zone targets this season and nine of them have been inside the 10-yard line. The latter is notable because four of his six touchdowns have been on targets inside the 10.
As for the Chargers defense, it's awful. They are 27th in DVOA against the pass and have allowed 14 scores to receivers this season, a bottom-five mark. In their last five games, they've allowed nine passing touchdowns.
The Bolts play a lot of zone defense, which is good news for Meyers, who's seen his target rate and yards per route run (YPRR) increase when facing zone compared to man defense.
With five first touchdown scores this season, I wouldn’t be shocked if Meyers gets another one in this game.

Chargers vs. Raiders
Everett only has three touchdowns this season, but he's played the most snaps of all Chargers tight ends. In last week's loss to the Broncos, he had a season-high eight targets. He also has four red-zone targets in his last three games.
The Raiders haven’t allowed many touchdowns to tight ends, but they do give up a ton of catches. Vegas ranks 24th in receptions allowed to TEs, DVOA vs. the position, and short passes.
Like the Chargers, the Raiders play a ton of zone defense. Everett only has a 20% target rate against man coverage; that number is significantly higher (56%) against zone.
I love the odds on a lot of Chargers TD scorers, but Everett is my guy at these odds.
