NFL Week 3 arrives with two starting quarterbacks banged up and two divisional races tightening fast, which makes this one of the more interesting stretches for Polymarket traders all season.

Check out this Polymarket review before you dive in, and download the Action Network app for more picks and analysis to follow how these numbers move through kickoff.

NFL Week 3 Prediction Markets

Platforms like Polymarket let traders buy contracts tied to real-world outcomes: who wins a game, who takes a division, who lifts the Lombardi Trophy.

Prices move in real time as new information lands, so the current number is really a snapshot of collective expectations. When a price swings hard in a short window, that's usually the market flagging something worth a closer look.

Eagles vs. Bears, Chicago's Line Flips After Williams' Injury

Philadelphia has gone from a modest underdog to a clear favorite here, and the shift traces straight back to Caleb Williams' hamstring injury in Week 2.

With Chicago's starter in doubt, the market has swung firmly toward the Eagles, though the gap isn't enormous: there's still real support on the Bears side if Tyson Bagent gets the start and keeps things competitive on Monday night.

Injury news tends to keep moving prices right up until inactives are announced, so there's still time to get ahead of the next shift.

Seahawks vs. Commanders, Washington Keeps Sliding

Seattle was already favored here, but Jayden Daniels' dislocated elbow pushed that number even further in the Seahawks' direction. Washington now sits as a heavy underdog, with Marcus Mariota expected to step in if Daniels can't go.

A lopsided price doesn't always mean a lopsided game, though; backup-QB spots have a way of surprising traders who assume the outcome is already locked in.

NFC Champion, San Francisco Closes the Gap on LA

The Rams still lead the conference race, but their cushion has shrunk noticeably. San Francisco's undefeated, dominant start has pushed them into a near-tie for second, overtaking Seattle, while Philadelphia has quietly climbed into the mix too.

This is turning into a genuine four-team conversation, and it's worth watching whether San Francisco can close the gap entirely before October.

AFC North Champion, Cincinnati and Baltimore Are Neck and Neck

Few divisional races are this tight. The Bengals hold a slight edge after opening 2-0, but the Ravens are right there with them despite blowing a fourth-quarter lead to the Saints in Week 2.

Pittsburgh and Cleveland trail well behind, which makes this essentially a two-team market; one where the price gap barely reflects how differently these two teams have looked on the field. A single result either way over the next few weeks could easily flip which team holds the edge.

AFC West Champion, Kansas City Pulls Away Early

This is the most one-sided market on this list. Kansas City has opened a wide lead over Denver, with Las Vegas and the Chargers fading fast behind them. The Broncos did pick up their first win of the season, but it hasn't been enough to slow the Chiefs' climb: worth tracking whether Denver can chip into that gap before it hardens further.

What makes this batch worth watching is how differently each price has settled. The two game markets are still digesting fresh injury news, and prices built around a backup quarterback's first career start rarely hold steady: Bagent and Mariota haven't taken a snap yet, so the number is still more guess than fact.

The AFC North sits at the opposite extreme: two teams with very different results priced almost identically, which usually means the market hasn't decided who to trust yet. That kind of split, where the price and the on-field story don't fully agree, tends to close fast once real answers show up on Sunday.

With two of these games kicking off Sunday and the rest of the slate following close behind, none of these five markets are done moving. Keeping an eye on them through the weekend, rather than locking in a read too early: is usually where the real value shows up.
