Heading into Sunday Night Football, we have an interesting matchup for the Seahawks' AJ Barner, who faces a Commanders defense that hasstruggled against tight ends this season.

We’ve seen the Commanders give up an average of 61.1 yards to the position. Last week, they allowed Travis Kelce to have his best game of the season — 99 yards and a touchdown — and Washington is primed to potentially give up another big performance to Barner.

Barner has grown into the Seahawks offense this season and has three big performances in the four games before the bye last week. He had 16 targets across those games and had 32 or more yards in three of the four.

Pick: AJ Barner Over 27.5 Receiving Yards (-109; DraftKings)

After a summer getting lots of positive noise in camp, there was a huge amount of anticipation for how Jacory Croskey-Merritt would fare in the NFL. He started well with 82 yards and a touchdown against the Giants in Week 1 — but it's been downhill since.

Besides a big game against the Chargers (111 rushing yards and two touchdowns), he’s struggled to make an impact.

The last two weeks have seen him put in two poor performances, averaging just 2.5 and 2.8 yards per carry in those games.

The Commanders' defeat to the Chiefs also saw him get just nine carries, his lowest number in a month.

No team has given up fewer rushing yards per game than the Seahawks (75.7 yards), and it’s hard to see Croskey-Merritt performing well against this defensive front, especially with the spread suggesting a trailing gamescript for the Commanders.

Pick: Jacory Croskey-Merritt Under 40.5 Rushing Yards (-120)

Anybody who has either Zach Charbonnet or Kenneth Walker III on their fantasy teams know how difficult the Seahawks backfield can be to predict.

However, there’s reason to believe that Charbonnet is the most likely of the duo to find the end zone tonight.

Firstly, he scored two touchdowns in the team’s last game against the Texans, totaling 49 yards on 12 carries. The coaching staff seems to value the hot hand with this duo, so we should see Charbonnet integrated into the gameplan more.

While Walker has double the rushing yards of Charbonnet this season, it’s Charbonnet who leads the running back room in touchdowns, with five to Walker’s three.

Not only that, but Charbonnet is used more heavily in the red zone — he has more carries inside the 20-yard line (21 to Walker’s 17) and more targets despite playing in one fewer game.

Pick: Zach Charbonnet Anytime Touchdown (+135)
