You might be thinking it’s not fair to compare BetMGM Poker to the most successful poker site in the world. The drawback for some… the player base at PokerStars includes highly skilled and professional players. 

Cash Games

The weekend means a steady flow of cash game traffic on the poker client. On a Sunday at 9:30 p.m. ET, we found 534 players on 286 tables. The most activity could be found in the smallest stakes, with half a dozen $0.01/$0.02 games in-play. While no one bought into the top limit $25/$50 game, some high stakes tables were getting some action.

No limit Texas Hold ‘em

Fifteen No limit Hold ‘em games were running Sunday evening, many accompanied by waiting lists. Even on a weekday when fewer players were on the site, the tables were occupied. Fourteen No limit Hold ‘em games were in session on a Monday afternoon. 

The most popular type of Omaha, five games of PLO were in-play Sunday evening. Even during off peak hours, games start rather regularly at BetMGM Poker. Typically, PLO cash tables and Sit N Gos are running, while PLO tournaments start several times a day. 

Omaha Hi-Low

The lesser known Omaha Hi-Low only had four active tables on Sunday at 9:30 ET. and the same amount the following afternoon. In Omaha Hi-Low, the pot is divided between the player with the best low hand and the player with the best high hand.
