In my opinion, the Texas Tech Red Raiders are who the college football national championship odds markets are sleeping on.

Brendan Sorsby's departure left Will Hammond, coming off a torn ACL, as the projected starter. This is a fair concern, but Tech wasn't strong at quarterback last year and it barely mattered until the playoff. If Hammond looks healthy in September, this doesn't stay at 4%.
