Fanatics Fair Play continues to be of huge value to bettors, paying out more than $925,000 in bets at Fanatics Sportsbook just last week.
Fanatics Fair Play states that if a player leaves a game because of injury in the first or second quarter, all straight prop bets on the player are refunded once that player is officially ruled out for the remainder of the game.
Parlays are also saved, with the injured player's leg simply getting removed from the equation.
Last week, 23 players qualified as a Fanatics Fair Play exit, and more than $65,000 in wagers qualified.
The biggest such instance came on April 25, when Minnesota Timberwolves star Anthony Edwards left early during Game 4 of their playoff series against the Denver Nuggets. Fanatics Fair Play saved bettors $393,000 on Edwards' early exit alone.
Since Fanatics Sportsbook introduced Fanatics Fair Play, more than $43 million in payouts have been issued, and in 2026 alone, that total has now surpassed $10 million.
Other examples of large payouts that came as a courtesy of Fanatics Fair Play include a $13,000 parlay that was saved after Victor Wembanyama left Game 2 between the San Antonio Spurs and Portland Trail Blazers after suffering a concussion.
