Much of that love is centered around Sandy Alcantara, who is getting back to Cy Young form as he distances himself from Tommy John surgery.

He forced six whiffs on his changeup, generated a ground-ball rate over 50%, and kept his four-seam velocity up over 97 MPH — that’s the formula.
