Padres vs Brewers Prediction, Pick
Logan Henderson is a great pitcher, but the Brewers starter has allowed a slightly below-average 1.06 HR/9 this season, and with his 46.6% fly-ball rate, he grades out as a plus matchup for righty power.
Manny Machado still has some great pop, and I have his true odds at around +430.
Pick: Manny Machado Home Run
Padres vs Brewers Prediction, Pick
The spot here is a tough one overall, but it's not a bad one for homers.
The ballpark is a big upgrade for power, and Fernando Tatis has been hammering the ball since the All-Star Break.
I have the true odds on the Padres RF at around +380.
Pick: Fernando Tatis Home Run
Braves vs Dodgers Prediction, Pick
The spot isn't great, but the odds more than make up for it.
We haven't seen a ton of Dodgers SP Blake Snell this season, and he's a tough matchup for lefty power, but he grades out as a reverse-splits pitcher and can allow some power to lefties.
Matt Olson is one of the best home run hitters in the league, and I have the true odds for the Braves 1B at around +420
