Bulls vs Raptors NBA Preview
I just don’t know where the offense from Chicago will come for this game.
The Bulls traded Coby White. Josh Giddey is not playing, Ayo Dosunmu is questionable, Tre Jones is questionable, and Nikola Vucevic is out as well.
On top of that, the Raptors are a top-five defense in the NBA right now.
Toronto is also on the second night of a back-to-back, so you can always lean on the old trope of tired legs on jump shots.
Put it all together, and this has the makings of a really gross basketball game.
Bulls vs Raptors Predictions, Betting Analysis
Evan Abrams has been tracking this trend over the past month: In January, NBA unders hit at a 60% rate with a 14.5% ROI, and that trend has continued into February.
It makes sense: it’s pre-All-Star break, the trade deadline is looming, everyone is ready to pack it in, and lineups are getting weird.
This just feels like an under any day of the week.
There are also a couple of supporting angles for this match.
When the Bulls have a rest advantage, the under is 6-4, which is notable because Chicago has been a relatively high-scoring team this season.
On the other side, Toronto is 5-3 to the under when they have a rest disadvantage, which is the case here on the second night of a back-to-back.
All of that lines up nicely. I’m going with the under here,
Pick: Under 225.5 (-110)
