Cavaliers vs Kings NBA Preview

The Cavaliers were active at the trade deadline and one of the hottest teams in the NBA, having won 14 of 19 games since December 29.

The Kings have lost 11 straight games, including a loss last night against the Clippers at home.

The Kings haven't won a game since January 16, and they kept DeMar DeRozan, Domantas Sabonis, and Zach LaVine through the deadline.

For the Cavaliers, James Harden (recently traded) is questionable to play.

Harden was the big acquisition Cleveland made in exchange for Darius Garland earlier this week and is expected to debut soon, possibly as soon as today. Dean Wade (ankle) is also questionable. Evan Mobley (calf) and Max Strus (foot) remain out.

The Kings sat Sabonis on Friday (back) on the first of a back-to-back, and De'Andre Hunter (eye) left the game early. Keegan Murray (ankle) is expected to be out.

Cavaliers vs Kings Predictions, Betting Analysis

I don't really know what to do here from the Cavaliers' perspective, given the Harden piece of this.

For the Kings, I like Sabonis over 23.5 points + rebounds.

Sabonis just sat the front end of a back-to-back as his role decreases, but it's a buy-low spot where we're projecting 25-ish minutes — and even still, Sabonis went over this points + rebounds number post-injury return against the Cavs just two weeks ago with 24 and 16 in 31 minutes.

In his last game, he put up 24 and 15 against the Grizzlies in just 24 minutes.

There were three unders in between — against the 76ers, Knicks, and Pistons — but tonight is an Evan Mobley-less Cavs squad.

The last time Sabonis played Cleveland, Mobley was still active.

Pick: Domantas Sabonis Over 23.5 Points + Rebounds (-115)
