The Huskies didn't cover the spread on Wednesday, but still took care of business against Butler. UConn owns the longest winning streak in the country (11) and there's seemingly no stopping the Huskies.

Dan Hurley's team is on a quest to repeat as national champions and will take on the Georgetown Hoyas on Saturday afternoon.

Has the market gone too far on the Huskies? Potentially.

Ed Cooley's first year with the Hoyas has been forgettable as they continue to play like a team that has already packed it in for the season.

Connecticut Huskies

The Huskies will spend the next week in cruise control before facing Marquette at home. After their matchup with the Hoyas, the Huskies travel to DePaul.

There is no situational spot to worry about here — the Huskies should easily handle the Hoyas. UConn is third in adjusted offensive efficiency and draws an incredibly soft Hoyas defense.

The Huskies dominated the Hoyas in a 13-point home win earlier in the season and went 13-for-24 from 3 in that game. They also didn't have big man Donovan Clingan for that contest.

Clingan is an X-factor for this matchup against the Hoyas, as the Huskies are seventh in 2-point percentage. The Hoyas are a bottom-15 team in the nation at defending inside of the arc, so this is a tasty matchup for Clingan to dominate.

The Hoyas are decent at limiting 3-pointers, but that is not a big deal for the Huskies as their offense is versatile enough to dominate throughout the game.

Defensively, the Huskies are bound to have a field day. The Hoyas turn the ball over at a high rate, which should lead to easy transition buckets for UConn.

It certainly looks like another blowout win is brewing for Hurley's team.

Georgetown Hoyas

From what the Hoyas have shown on the court lately, they might as well forfeit the rest of their games until the Big East Tournament. Everybody knew the Hoyas would be in a transition period with Cooley, but nobody expected them to be pitiful.

Until the Hoyas show fight, they are unbetable. There is positive regression coming, but not enough to back the Hoyas with confidence.

The offense has been average, but draws an awful matchup against the Huskies.

Georgetown's interior scoring stands no chance, so it will continue to shoot a ton of 3s. The Hoyas live and die by the 3, but only have one starter shooting above 34% from deep.

I have a terrible feeling that the Hoyas will get blown out of their home gym.

Betting Pick & Prediction

The Huskies won comfortably in their first matchup against the Hoyas, despite playing without Clingan. I expect a big offensive performance from UConn here, which is why I love betting the Huskies to go over their team total.

The Hoyas are dead, but the spread is a bit too inflated for my liking.

The Hoyas have a weak defense, especially when it comes to 2-point percentage. That'll make it easy for the Huskies to score when attacking the rim.

I'm worried about a backdoor cover and prefer to take bet UConn to go over its team total.

Pick: UConn Team Total Over
