UCLA vs Indiana NCAAF Pick to Bet

This should be a burial.

The honeymoon is over with Jerry Neuheisel. Everyone knows what the Bruins are doing now. They did some great stuff with quarterback Nico Iamaleava, specifically with his legs, but the rest of the Big Ten has caught on.

Nico was miserable last week against Maryland (21-for-35 passing, 221 yards, 6.3 YPA, 1 TD, 2 INT), and the Bruins were lucky to win that game.

Meanwhile, Indiana cares about winning by a margin. If the Hoosiers go 12-0 but lose to Ohio State in the Big Ten Championship game, they can still get a bye in the College Football Playoff, granted they destroy the rest of their schedule.

While UCLA has woken up over the past few games, it’s been all about explosives. The Bruins created nine explosive plays against Maryland, 11 against Michigan State, and nine against Penn State.

However, they aren’t moving the ball well down-to-down, averaging around 5.4 yards per play.

At the same time, Indiana has allowed only 15 rushes of 10-plus yards on the season.

UCLA won’t create rush explosives here, and Indiana should win by four-plus touchdowns.

Pick: Indiana -28 or Better
