Sharps, Experts, Projections Pick Saturday's Best Week 7 Games

Indiana vs. Ohio State Picks: Spread, Player Props

Sharps, experts, and premium projections all agree on the Ohio State vs. Indiana spread. The Buckeyes are favored by 3.5 points in Bloomington.

The reigning national champion Hoosiers are the smart side in PRO.

Data-driven models make the line more like Indiana +2.4. Sharps and experts also align on Curt Cignetti's club covering as a home underdog, including resident analysts Stuckey and Collin Wilson.

The latter makes the line even shorter (Ohio State -1.5), noting the Buckeyes have just a 33% success rate vs. man coverage. PRO betting data displays Ohio State bringing in 75% of tickets and 80% of the money. Yet, the action rolling in doesn't seem to be enough to affect any sort of line movement or steam.

Bettors have plenty of ways to attack this game from a player prop perspective.

For example, the model likes the under on Indiana WR Nick Marsh's receiving yards vs. the Ohio State secondary. Marsh's receiving yards line is 75.5, but the projection sits at just 56.62.

Data-driven models like quarterback Josh Hoover's passing yards under 216.5 (PRO: 186.5), receiver Charlie Becker over 4.5 catches (6.36), and running back Lee Beebe's rushing attempts over 12.5 (18.54) all correlate with Marsh falling short of his projected production.

Mississippi State vs. LSU Picks: Spread

Merging all the signals, PRO Report's strongest pick at the time of writing for Week 7 is LSU to cover (-14.5) vs. Mississippi State.

Collin Wilson and Stuckey hit LSU early, and Bet Labs shows multiple steam moves on the Tigers. The "Ranked Matchups" system also favors LSU, with home ranked teams laying 3+ covering 58% historically against ranked opponents. With 4 of 5 PRO signals aligned, LSU looks like the sharper side.

Alabama vs. Tennessee Picks: Spread, Player Prop

Game projections favor the Tennessee Volunteers +7.5 in Week 7.

Action PRO's true line for Crimson Tide vs. Vols is a tad shorter — just Alabama -5.1 after initial updates — lending value to the underdog Tennessee.

A plus-money prop worth considering is Alabama receiver Rico Scott over 3.5 catches. Model projections forecast Scott for more than 5 (5.12)!

Notre Dame vs. BYU Picks: Player Prop

For Notre Dame vs. BYU, projections favor Fighting Irish WR
