Polymarket has taken a major step in sports with a new deal that makes it the Official Prediction Market Provider of the ATP Tour and the ATP Challenger Tour.
The partnership also gives Polymarket exclusive streaming rights in the U.S. prediction-market category for ATP matches, bringing live tennis and real-time markets together on one platform.
The agreement is with Tennis Data Innovations, or TDI, the ATP’s joint venture for media and data rights. It means U.S. users can watch matches in the Polymarket app while also trading on related prediction markets as the action happens.
"The way people follow and engage with sports continues to evolve, and we want tennis to be at the forefront of that change," said David Lampitt, CEO of TDI. "Polymarket has emerged as a leader in its category, and we're excited to welcome them as the Official Prediction Market Provider of the ATP Tour and give fans another way to connect with the sport throughout the season."
This is much better news for Polymarket, which has been fighting two recent scandals. One revolved around a bettor using a hair dryer to manipulate temperature readings in France. And an investigation was demanded when the company was accused of using misleading promotional tactics.
Polymarket Lands Official ATP Deal
This new partnership gives Polymarket an official role across the ATP Tour and ATP Challenger Tour.
The deal covers about 20,000 matches each season, including main draw and qualifying matches in singles and doubles.
"Tennis is a natural fit for prediction markets, with momentum shifting point by point and every match creating opportunities for expectations to change in real time," said Ari Borod, President of Sports Business Development at Polymarket. "By combining live ATP streaming with official data and prediction markets in one place, we're creating a more dynamic product allowing fans to experience and trade on markets relating to the game as it unfolds. We're excited to work with TDI and Sportradar to introduce this new experience across the Tour, while working closely with tennis governing bodies to help protect the integrity of the sport."
For Polymarket, this is more than a branding deal. It connects live sports viewing with prediction markets in a way that has not been done before in the U.S. prediction-market space. That makes it one of the company’s most important sports partnerships so far.

What U.S. Users Can Watch and Trade
Under the deal, registered Polymarket users in the United States can watch live ATP matches inside the app. At the same time, they can trade on prediction markets tied to the matches they are following.
"This is unprecedented from a product perspective," Borod told Axios.
The company said this access is exclusive within the U.S. prediction-market category. Financial terms were not disclosed, but the product value is easy to see: fans can follow the match and react to the action in real time without leaving the platform.
Why Tennis Fits Prediction Markets
Tennis is a strong fit for prediction markets because momentum can change quickly. Every point matters, and a match can swing back and forth many times before it ends.
Borod said tennis works well because expectations can change point by point. He also noted that the sport’s year-round schedule gives users more chances to stay engaged throughout the season.

TDI and Sportradar Power the Data
The live streams and official match data come through Tennis Data Innovations. TDI handles the ATP’s media and data rights, while Sportradar serves as its exclusive distribution partner.
Sportradar also provides integrity services, which help support in-game trading and settlement. That matters because prediction markets depend on accurate, timely data and strong safeguards around live sporting events.
Big ATP Events Included
The deal covers the full ATP calendar, including major tournaments like Indian Wells, the Miami Open, the Cincinnati Open, and the Nitto ATP Finals. That gives Polymarket users access to prediction markets tied to some of the biggest events in men’s professional tennis.
Lampitt said tennis is changing and that the ATP wants to be part of that shift. He added that Polymarket’s role gives fans another way to connect with the sport throughout the season.
This partnership shows how Polymarket is expanding beyond simple sports branding deals. By combining official data, live streaming, and prediction markets in one place, the company is building a more complete product for sports fans.
It also helps position tennis as a test case for deeper live-sports integration in prediction markets. For Polymarket, the ATP deal strengthens its sports offering and gives it a more unique product in the U.S. market.
