Jeanty exploded for 23/102 against Miami, but Vegas had a ridiculous 37 total rush attempts in that game. I’m expecting a much different environment here, with lower overall rushing volume and a much better chance the Raiders are playing from behind. There are also a few sneaky ways for Jeanty to lose carries in short yardage situations. Washington can mix in on short-yardage work, while Heyward could steal some goal-line/tush-push type opportunities. Jeanty is obviously still the lead back, but after such a run-heavy Week 1 gamescript , I think 16.5 is a little too high in a game where the script should be much less friendly. Assuming the Chargers aren’t just ass (they just might be if they lose again today)
