November 17 Update

Division races are heating up with 10 weeks of the NFL season in the books.

The Steelers' odds to capture the AFC North improved to -715 after a dominant Week 10 win over the Bengals and a loss by the Ravens (+500) on Sunday Night Football.

In the AFC South, the Colts (-150) and Titans (+115) swapped spots on the oddsboard after Indianapolis' 34-17 Thursday night win over Tennessee.

The Saints (-278) and Buccaneers (+200) also changed places in the NFC South, but pulled even further away from the Falcons (+15000) and Panthers (+20000).

The NFC East features the league's tightest race. The Giants jumped up to +300 after a Week 10 win over the Eagles, who are currently favored to win the division at -162. The Cowboys are listed at +700, followed by the Washington Football Team at +750.

November 5 Update

NFC North and NFC West odds are currently off the board due to the Week 9 Thursday Night Football matchup between the Green Bay Packers and San Francisco 49ers.

In other divisions around the NFL, the favorites are beginning to pull away after Week 8.

The Kansas City Chiefs are massive favorites to win the AFC West at -3334. The Buffalo Bills (-770) are the heavy favorite to win the AFC East after posting a 6-2 record through eight weeks of the 2020 season.

The AFC North and AFC South races are a little tighter, as the Steelers (-358) and Ravens (+250) lead the North while the Titans (-130) and Colts (+100) sit atop the South.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers (-176) are favored to take the NFC South title and the Eagles (-278) are the favorite in the NFC East.

October 15 Update

AFC East and AFC South odds are back on the board after Tuesday's Titans-Bills Week 5 matchup.

The Bills are favored to win the AFC East at -176, followed by the Patriots (+145), Dolphins (+1600) and Jets (+30000).

The Titans are atop the oddsboard for the AFC South with -189 odds to win the division. The Colts (+165) are next, followed by the Texans (+1400) and Jaguars (+10000).

October 13 Update

Due to Tuesday night's rescheduled Week 5 game between the Tennessee Titans and Buffalo Bills, the AFC South and AFC East odds are currently off the board.

Elsewhere around the league there are already some division favorites pulling away.

The Packers and Vikings were atop the NFC North before the season started, but the undefeated Packers now sit at -358 while the struggling Vikings have fallen behind the Bears (+375) at +1300.

The reigning NFC champions have also struggled this season after being hit hard by a slew of injuries. The 49ers are now a +1100 longshot to capture the NFC West crown, while the 4-0 Seahawks are atop the division standings and the oddsboard at -176.

In the AFC, the Chiefs are heavily favored to win the West at -770 and the Ravens have -167 odds to claim the North title.

May 7 Update

Following the release of the NFL regular season schedule Thursday, there are only two heavy favorites among the eight divisions. Unsurprisingly, those two favorites are also the teams boasting the highest projected win totals: the Chiefs and Ravens.

Meanwhile, Tom Brady's departure from New England has made things interesting in the AFC East, where the Patriots are tied with the Buffalo Bills for the best odds to take the division crown (+120).

Across conferences, the Packers and Vikings are in a neck-and-neck battle of their own, though with the Bears and Lions being considered more threatening than the Dolphins and Jets, their odds are tied at a more juicy +160.

And as for Brady's new team, the Bucs (+125) are closing in on the division favorites, the Saints (-115), who've won the NFC South three straight years.
