This matchup sets up favorably against a Colts defense that will be without both starting cornerbacks (Charvarius Ward and Sauce Gardner), creating another strong opportunity for Jennings to find the end zone. Ricky Pearsall is also out for the 49ers, which could set up Jennings for more targets.

The 49ers defense has struggled against tight ends, allowing nine touchdowns to the position this season, which ranks bottom three in the NFL.
If the Colts reach scoring range and are unable to convert on the ground, Rivers has already shown a tendency to look for Warren in the end zone.
