  • We have another busy slate of action Sunday on NFL Wild Card Weekend, including the afternoon showdown between the 49ers and Cowboys.
  • There are plenty of juicy player props at ripe odds for this game, but bettors have landed on their three favorite picks.
  • Check out below why the public is all over Ezekiel Elliott and Deebo Samuel in this matchup.

The San Francisco 49ers vs. Dallas Cowboys might be the toughest game of the weekend for bettors to figure out, which can make the player prop market more appealing to some.

The 3-point spread on Sunday afternoon's game is the lowest of Wild Card Weekend. Dallas is favored, but betting action is almost down the middle.

Where it's not split is in player props.

Bettors are clearly fans of both Ezekiel Elliott and Deebo Samuel on Sunday.

According to data released by BetMGM on Sunday morning, Elliott and Samuel are the two biggest public bets.

The most-popular play of the game is on Elliott to score the first touchdown of the game at +700 (bet $100, profit $700).

Elliott has 12 touchdowns on the year (10 rushing) but has been held of out the end zone in each of his last two games.

However, Dallas likes to involve Elliott early. He's scored the first touchdown of the game four different times this season.

The other two most-popular plays are on Samuel, including scoring a touchdown at any time. That's placed at even odds (bet $100, profit $100) as Samuel has established himself as the team's most-dynamic playmaker.

Samuel has scored 14 touchdowns this year across 11 total games between rushing and receiving. He's hit pay dirt at least once in seven of his last eight games.

The final play bettors are hammering is Samuel over 29.5 rushing yards (-115).

Samuel's been utilized in the backfield regularly since Week 10 when he carried the ball 5 times for 36 yards. He's rushed at least five times in each game since then, topping 30 yards or more in six of eight games.
