Can anyone take down the Buffalo Bills in the AFC East in 2025? Our football experts Chris Raybon and Stuckey aren't so sure, but they do have a couple NFL futures bets they like.

Find their favorite AFC East NFL futures predictions below, which include a win total prediction for the Miami Dolphins and an early Super Bowl bet.

Chris Raybon:

From my perspective, the Dolphins are devolving and I don't think the median is around 8.5 wins.

Tyreek Hill might be past his peak. He went from averaging 112.4 yards per game in 2023 to 56.4 YPG in 2024; he wasn't totally healthy last season, but he played all 17 games. Jaylen Waddle also hasn't been the same player after defenses figured out Tua Tagovailoa.

Now the offensive line is so terrible — LT Terron Armstead retired — that Tua has no choice but to get the ball out super quick. Tua, of course, has missed at least four games in three of the last four seasons and is tough to trust.

It doesn't seem like the offense is going to change a lot from what we saw down the stretch last year. And then on top of that, Jonnu Smith was traded despite being a key to the success they did have.

Teams with win totals set at 8 to 8.5 are just 7-13 (35%) since the NFL moved to a 17-game schedule in 2021.

I'm out on the Dolphins. I think they are a lot closer to the bottom than the Patriots are at this point.

I'd take under 8.5 wins and play it to under 7.5. I'd even take under 6.5 if you can get something around +150.

Stuckey:

I bet under 7.5 at +130 earlier in the year; 8.5 was also available but I like the plus money here because the floor is so low.

This isn't a lock, of course. The Dolphins have a lot of winnable games on their schedule with the Colts, Patriots, Jets, Panthers and Browns as opponents over the first seven weeks of the season so this is pretty volatile — but I'd still bet the under.

There's so much downside with this team.

As Raybon alluded to above, we can't trust Tua whatsoever. If (when?) he misses time, that means Zach Wilson is your quarterback. De'Vone Achane is dealing with a calf injury, which is scary. Jonnu Smith was replaced by a recently unretired Darren Waller.

Miami's offensive line and secondary are arguably the worst in the league. This team has been managed so poorly; I wouldn't be surprised if they went 4-13.

Raybon:

I have the Bills projected for the most wins in the league and they play in an AFC East division that isn't very good. That said, their win total (set at 12.5) is overpriced, in my opinion.

I'm much more interested in a Super Bowl ticket.

Buffalo has a better path to the first seed in the AFC than its main rivals (Ravens, Chiefs).

The Bills have gone over their win total in seven of eight seasons with Sean McDermott at head coach — the floor remains high for them, it's just a matter of whether they can reach their potential and go all the way.

There are concerns — notably, their receivers can't beat man coverage, there are weak links at safety and you can't count on the offensive line health they've had for the past couple of years.

Still, there's value here.

Teams priced from +600 to +999 to win the Super Bowl win 18.6% of time vs. 12.3% implied odds (+6.3%) since 2002.
