Travis Kelce Player Props: Bet for Chiefs-Ravens AFC Championship Game

Travis Kelce is already entrenched as one of the greatest postseason pass catchers of all time.

The future Hall-of-Famer leads all tight ends in receptions (145), yards (1,694) and touchdowns (18). In fact, his playoff prowess is one of several reasons Betting and DFS Analyst Billy Ward recommends already betting him to win Super Bowl MVP.

Kelce came through in the clutch in both of Kansas City’s playoff wins, cashing several popular props in the process. He caught seven passes for 71 yards in the Chiefs' 26-7 win over the Miami Dolphins, and he followed that up by hauling in five passes for 75 yards and two touchdowns in last week’s 27-24 upset over the Buffalo Bills.

Kelce looks to add to those numbers Sunday against a Baltimore team he’s had marked success against over the years. The Chiefs are 4-1 against the Ravens with him in the lineup, and he’s had at least six receptions and 70-plus yards in all five games.  He’s also found the end zone twice.

Another big game by Kelce could mean he makes NFL history. He's caught at least five passes in 12 straight playoff games, which is one short of the all-time record set by Julian Edelman. More notably, he’s only six catches shy of tying Jerry Rice for the most playoff receptions in NFL history (151).

Fittingly enough, the line for Kelce’s receptions in the AFC Championship Game is set at 5.5.

Travis Kelce Picks

By Matt Trebby

If we’re looking strictly at playoff trends, the over on 5.5 receptions is an easy pick here.

Over the last four postseasons, Kelce has played 11 games and has had at least six receptions nine times, including in six of his last seven.

Action Network analyst Sean Koerner has Kelce projected for 5.8 receptions, while fellow expert Chris Raybon has him at 6.2. I’d play the -135 at DraftKings, which was available as of 10 p.m. ET on Saturday, but I wouldn’t go much higher.

Pick: Travis Kelce Over 5.5 Receptions (-135)
