Songwriter of the Year, Non-Classical Odds

Amy Allen Songwriter of the Year, Non-Classical Odds

It has been a busy year for Amy Allen, collaborating with and earning songwriting credits on songs by artists ranging from Shaboozey to Sabrina Carpenter. The Maine-born songwriter is going for her second straight Songwriter of the Year, Non-Classical Award, which would be an impressive feat considering the limited history of the award.

Perhaps the most notable of Allen's contributions this year is her work on the hit single "APT." by Rosé featuring Bruno Mars, which became a smash hit both in the U.S. and internationally.

Tobias Jesso Jr. Songwriter of the Year, Non-Classical Odds

Jesso returns to the nomination list for this award after a three-year absence, not appearing in the running since winning Songwriter of the Year, Non-Classical in 2023. This year, the Canadian native collaborated heavily with fellow countryman Justin Bieber, while also earning credits on two singles by Dijon.

Jesso's 2025 collaborations also include a credit on Olivia Dean's hit single "Man I Need", which helped catapult Dean into the spotlight and into a Grammy nomination for Best New Artist.
