NBC benched the celebs for a cast of regular people in The Traitors: New Blood, and the game is drastically better for it. A $250,000 prize pool actually matters to this group. People are playing hard, fast, and sloppy. The two-episode premiere delivered a ruthless opening murder and a wildly misguided roundtable banishment.
A cliffhanger also needs resolving. Traitors Joe Vanella and Tomica Adams dragged Xavier Scruggs and Katie Fites into a twisted accomplice game. The traitors must choose one of their would-be accomplices – Xavier or Katie – to join their ranks. The other faces a one-way tick home.

Xavier is the heavy chalk to pack his bags before breakfast. Internet sleuths already noticed funeral director Joe subtly clearing out the library to give Katie private search time. If the edit holds true, Katie finds that warrant. Xavier will be the collateral damage.
Looking past the cliffhanger to the next banishment, the crosshairs aim squarely at Victor. He painted a massive target on his back by diving for a shield on day one and followed it up with his disastrous "I'm a sweaty boy" defense at the roundtable. Players simply do not survive this game acting that erratic.
Kriste is the other major fade right now. She misheard Madeline Kostopulos, twisted her words into a fake confession, and successfully rallied the castle to banish a Faithful. The blowback at the next roundtable is going to be severe once everyone realizes Madeline was telling the truth.

Being a Traitor is a massive early advantage. Joe (+350) is putting on a masterclass in social manipulation. He understands the assignment completely, operating as everybody's friend while keeping his threat profile near zero. Tomica (+450) is flying under the radar in exactly the way a winning Traitor should.
For the Faithfuls, the best bets are players who stay quiet during early witch hunts. Astrophysicist Abby Lee (+650) secured a shield without causing a scene. Barrel racer Ben McDonnell (+800) outlined a smart strategy to play the middle of the house as the adaptable best friend. Those are the archetypes that make deep runs.
The content creators are a complete fade at this stage. Michael Foote (content creator/lawyer!) and Morgan Cook sit at +1200. Having an easily searchable online persona makes people paranoid in this environment.
The premiere already showed what happens to players who try too hard out of the gate. Kim Daily showed up in a sharp suit and lied about being a basketball coach. The Traitors sniffed out her intelligence instantly and murdered her on night one. Arisa Thomas (+2000) is going down a similarly dangerous path with her bizarre "naughty chihuahua" interrogation tactics. This game punishes anyone who stands out. Keep a low profile, or end up in a coffin.
