Jazz vs. Clippers Odds See Major Shift After Kawhi Leonard Injury News

- Kawhi Leonard will likely miss Game 5 between the Clippers and Jazz on Wednesday night, and his availability for the rest of the series is in doubt.
- Sportsbooks listed the Jazz as 3-point favorites at home before the news, and re-opened at -7.5 shortly after.
Shortly after news leaked on Chris Paul entering NBA COVID protocols, word spread that Kawhi Leonard will likely miss Wednesday night's Game 5 between the Utah Jazz and Los Angeles Clippers.
According to ESPN, Leonard suffered a knee injury in Game 4 and his status for the rest of the series is in doubt. As a result, odds were taken off the board.
Prior to the news, the Jazz were consensus 3-point favorites at home with the series tied 2-2. The total was around 220 with Utah listed as a -120 favorite to win the series.
DraftKings re-opened the Jazz as 7.5-point favorites with a total of 221. Utah is -305 on the money line with the Clippers coming back as +245 dogs.
NBA title odds also came off the board after the Paul and Leonard news, but reopened at BetMGM shortly after.
