I am fading Victor Bericoto. Under 0.5 hits at +202 on bet365 is the best odds on the board. There's also a +168 at DraftKings that's good. I like it down to +160.
Bericoto is obviously kind of a no-name guy—you had to look up where he plays—and not a particularly good hitter.
He's facing a lefty today in Kyle Freeland. Freeland's not especially good either, but not as bad as his overall numbers indicate because he does play half his games in Coors Field.
And most importantly here, Bericoto has a 48 percent chance of getting pinch-hit for once the bullpen comes in. And so if you're projecting him for only three plate appearances or so like I am, if you're getting, you know, +200 on that, you're being offered good odds.
