Cardinals vs Reds
This ballpark is a massive upgrade for power, with Cincy being one of the best home run parks in the league.
Reds SP Brady Singer isn't a bad pitcher, but he has massive splits and grades out as a plus matchup for lefty power.
Cardinals 2B JJ Wetherholt is a great power bat, and I have the true odds around +400.
Pick: JJ Wetherholt Home Run
Mariners vs Royals
Luke Raley has been tearing the cover off the ball this season. He has 10 dingers in 47 games, and the spot here is a great one.
The Royals' Seth Lugo has been great this season, but he's due for some massive regression when it comes to power, and he was one of the best matchups in the league for lefty power last season, giving up 2.31 HR/9.
I have the true odds for the Mariners RF around +475.
Pick: Luke Raley Home Run
Astros vs Cubs
This is one of my favorite bets of the day. The weather isn't great for hitting, but the spot and odds more than make up for it.
Cubs starter Shota Imanaga is a gas can for righty power, giving up 1.63 HR/9 in his career.
Astros 1B Christian Walker has been great this season and is on pace for a career high in homers.
I have the true odds around +400.
Pick: Christian Walker Home Run
Athletics vs Padres
The spot here isn't great, but the odds more than make up for it.
The ballpark is a downgrade, and the matchup vs. Padres SP Michael King is around average, but Nick Kurtz is far too good a hitter.
The Athletics 1B is one of the best HR hitters in the league, and I have the true odds around +375.
