MLB Home Run Picks for June 20

Julio Rodriguez (+380)
at Cubs (SP: LHP Matthew Boyd)

In Chicago, the wind is howling and blowing out at 16 mph to left field and temps will be near 80 degrees.
WeatherEdge gives this game a 57% bump to HRs, and the books haven't nearly adjusted enough.
The Mariners' Julio Rodriguez hasn't been a huge home run hitter this season, but he has one of the best bat speeds in the league and Cubs pitcher Matthew Boyd is a plus matchup for righty power (especially in this wind), with a 47% fly-ball rate.
I have the true odds here under +300, making this a great bet.

Brandon Lowe (+500)
vs. Tigers (SP: RHP Jack Flaherty)

The odds for Brandon Lowe are far too high today, and I would hit this all the way down to +400.
Tigers starter Jack Flaherty has been crushed by lefty power this season, allowing 1.98 HR/9. George M. Steinbrenner Field is one of the best in the league for lefty power, and the weather should be good, with temps in the mid-80s and good humidity.
Lowe has been great this season, with 15 homers in 70 games and good underlying numbers.
I have the true odds here all the way around +350, making this a great bet.

Nick Kurtz (+440)
vs. Guardians (SP: RHP Tanner Bibee)

The spot is a great one for A's rookie Nick Kurtz, who has been one of the hottest hitters in the league lately.
Guardians starter Tanner Bibee has been crushed by lefty power this season, surrendering 1.85 HR/9.
Sutter Health Park is one of the best in the majors for power and with wind blowing out at 11 mph — and temps in the high 70s — the ball should be flying.
I have the true odds around +350.

Brent Rooker (+400)
vs. Guardians (SP: RHP Tanner Bibee)

Brent Rooker has been cold lately, but the underlying numbers show he's due for some positive regression and the spot is a great one.
Bibee has been a plus matchup for righty power this season, allowing 1.3 HR/9 to go along with above-average fly ball numbers.
I have Rooker's true odds around +300 tonight.
