Bryan Woo made us look foolish for fading him last time out as he struck out nine hitters, but I am not learning my lesson: I am going back to the fade once again.
Woo is a fine strikeout pitcher, with a 23% K% on the year, but he has just a 26% CSW%, so I would not be surprised to see that number drop a bit.
Additionally, this is not a favorable matchup for the Mariners pitcher, as six of the nine projected hitters in this Texas lineup have a strikeout percentage (K%) below 18% on the year.
The Rangers also have five left-handed hitters in the lineup, which does not bode well for Woo, who has just a 20% K% against lefties.
