This line is a bit low. There’s a chance he gets the OG matchup but it seems a bit wasteful for the Knicks in this spot. Would imagine they’d rather throw OG at Murray or even Jokic at times. MPJ is averaging 16.1 points per game on the season and has exceeded this points line in 62% of games this season. He’s ultra efficient from the floor, and he should find success despite New York’s strong defense overall. The Knicks allow a tremendous amount of 3s per game. Opponents take 37.6% of their shots from deep and MPJ takes over 50% of his shots from long range. It’s a look that should remain available to him in this contest. Given Porter’s ability to score in bunches and in a variety of ways, I’ll back him to exceed his points prop against the Knicks.
