- Saturday's eight-game NBA slate features two player prop bets offering value.
- This piece will focus on Cavaliers rookie PG Collin Sexton and Bucks PG Eric Bledsoe.
Saturday’s best player props focus on two of the slate’s eight games:
- Cleveland Cavaliers at Indiana Pacers: 7 p.m. ET
- Orlando Magic at Milwaukee Bucks: 9 p.m. ET
As a reminder, you can dig deeper on these and many other prop bets by using our FantasyLabs NBA Player Props Tool. It leverages our projections against five of the most popular online sportsbooks and grades each prop on a scale of one to 10.
Cavaliers PG Collin Sexton
The Pick: Over 16 points (+104)
Sexton is having an up-and-down rookie season, but he’s going to get a lot of opportunities to prove himself over the rest of the season.
The Cavaliers were extremely busy prior to the trade deadline, ultimately moving Rodney Hood and Alec Burks after moving Kyle Korver and George Hill earlier in the season. Sexton has played at least 37.5 minutes in each of his past two contests and responded by scoring 27 points in each.
I like getting the prop at better than even money but would be willing to play it up to -120.
Bucks PG Eric Bledsoe
The Pick: Over 4.5 rebounds (-103)
This line seems fair on the surface — Bledsoe has averaged exactly 4.5 rebounds per game this season — but it’s not taking the absence of Giannis Antetokounmpo into account.
He’ll get the night off tonight vs. the Orlando Magic, and Bledsoe has seen a team-high increase of +2.1% to his rebound rate with Giannis off the court this season. The result is an average of 7.1 rebounds per 36 minutes. Orlando is also a subpar rebounding team, ranking just 23rd in team rebound rate this season.
I love this prop and would be willing to play it up to -150.
