The Houston Rockets and Oklahoma City Thunder will square off in the first matchup of the NBA regular season tonight. Tipoff is set for 7:30 p.m. ET from the Paycom Center. The game will broadcast live on NBC.
The NBA season is finally here, and we’re starting things off with a Rockets-centric parlay this evening!
Continue below for my Rockets vs Thunder parlay for Tuesday, October 21.
Rockets vs Thunder Parlay
- Alperen Sengun Over 15.5 Rebounds + Assists (-110)
- Kevin Durant Over 23.5 Points (-120)
Parlay Payout: +220

Alperen Sengun Over 15.5 Rebounds + Assists
Rockets vs Thunder, 7:30 p.m. ET
Alperen Sengun turned into a sneaky option when it came to betting rebounds + assists props last season.
Averaging nearly 11 rebounds and five assists, his playmaking ability took a huge step last year.
This year, I expect him to grow even more in this role.
I look at him similarly to how Sabonis and Jokic are viewed, where he can get guys open and feed them for open looks.
The Rockets' roster should also help him this season, with the addition of some sharp shooters, including one of the best, Kevin Durant.
Pick: Alperen Sengun Over 15.5 Rebounds + Assists (-110)

Kevin Durant Over 23.5 Points
Rockets vs Thunder, 7:30 p.m. ET
We’re also backing Durant tonight.
New team, perhaps a new role as well.
Early reports have him starting at the shooting guard position, where he would most certainly be the tallest 2-guard in the league.
It’s already hard enough to guard him, but I can’t imagine another shooting guard being able to handle him.
Not that it means much, but it is nice to note he scored 26 in his last outing against the Thunder as well.
Pick: Kevin Durant Over 23.5 Points (-120)
