Bronny James’ commitment to USC has head coach Andy Enfield and his Pac-12 program in the college basketball spotlight this weekend.
The combo guard served up his pledge to the Trojans on Saturday as LeBron James’ son announced that he’ll stay close to home for his collegiate career.
As a result, USC is creeping up the odds board at FanDuel.

James is a 6-3 guard from Sierra Canyon High School. The 247 Composite tabs him a four-star prospect and the No. 21 overall player in his class.
James, who was recently a participant in the McDonald’s All-American Game, was also considering Memphis, Duke, Ohio State and Kansas.
He’s a top-five player in the state, and a big get for Enfield.
The Trojans are coming off a year in which they finished 22-9. USC was a profitable bet against the spread in 2022-23 and covered 17 of 31 games.
However, the Trojans were bounced in the second round of this year’s NCAA Tournament as they lost to Michigan State.
James to USC is another big pickup for a Power 5 contender, a day after Kansas landed top transfer Hunter Dickinson from Michigan.
