Saturday's slate is loaded, and the bet365 bonus code offer fits it: bet $10, get $200 in bonus bets, win or lose. Tap the button below to claim it before BYU and Utah kick off at noon ET.

The Holy War is my favorite game today: No. 9 BYU at No. 3 Utah, with the Utes favored in the BYU vs. Utah odds. The offer is open in select states, and I cover every Week 10 college football game below.

BYU vs. Utah Prediction and Preview

Utah is 8-0 and 5-0 in the Big 12 after beating Cincinnati 49-25. Quarterback Devon Dampier has 1,876 passing yards, 18 touchdowns, and a 69.6% completion rate.

BYU is 7-1 after a 27-20 win over Arizona State, and Bear Bachmeier has thrown for 1,750 yards. The Cougars' line has allowed just five sacks, the fourth fewest in the nation.

Both offenses move the chains: Utah converts 54.1% of its third downs, third in the FBS, and BYU sits 14th at 50.5%.

What stands out to me is the BYU run game, which has slipped since LJ Martin got hurt. He's questionable for Saturday with a 50% chance to play.

The Cougars have won the last three meetings, including 24-21 last year, so I wouldn't write them off.

Both schools call Utah home, and sports betting isn't legal there, so this offer is for bettors in the states above.

BYU vs. Utah Prediction and Pick

I'm tailing the first-half over 24.5 from Action Network's Collin Wilson, whose Week 10 college football picks include this BYU vs. Utah prediction. Here's why I'm on board:

  • Both teams score early. Utah averages 23.3 first-half points and BYU averages 20, and both rank in the top 18 nationally.
  • Neither defense tackles well. BYU ranks 133rd in PFF's tackling grades, and Utah ranks 91st.
  • BYU runs half of its outside zone plays from 12 personnel, which cuts Utah's defensive efficiency by 14%. A Martin return would help too.

The bet365 bonus code offer pairs well with the first-half over, since the BYU vs. Utah prediction I'm following is all about early points.
