The BetMGM bonus code TOPACTION grants up to $1,500 back in bonus bets if your first bet is unsuccessful. Register, deposit $10, and place that bet on Friday's NBA Cup slate. 76ers vs. Cavaliers tips off at 7:30 p.m. ET, and Trail Blazers vs. Lakers follows at 10 p.m. ET, both on Prime Video.
Philadelphia (8-1) leads the East after beating Detroit 112-106 on Wednesday, with Jaylen Brown scoring 30 and Joel Embiid adding 26 points and 15 rebounds. Cleveland (4-4) dropped two straight to Oklahoma City. These teams know each other: the 76ers won 114-106 on Oct. 22, but the Cavaliers swept all four matchups last season. Portland (6-1) beat Los Angeles (7-2) 136-129 on Oct. 27, so the late game is a rematch. Check the 76ers vs. Cavaliers odds and Trail Blazers vs. Lakers odds, plus more NBA betting lines.
Either game fits the offer. Place your first bet on any eligible market, and a loss comes back as bonus bets, up to $1,500. Among NBA betting promos, that ceiling gives your opening bet plenty of room.

76ers vs. Cavaliers Prediction and Pick
The 76ers are 8-1, yet the market makes the 4-4 Cavaliers 1.5-point home favorites. Books respect Cleveland at Rocket Arena, where the Cavaliers went 27-14 last season. Donovan Mitchell scored 27 against Oklahoma City on Wednesday and hit three straight 3-pointers to trim a 13-point deficit to six. James Harden added 19 points, nine rebounds, and six assists, and Evan Mobley chipped in 16 points and 10 rebounds.
My 76ers vs. Cavaliers prediction is Cavaliers -1.5 (-110). Cleveland swept last season's four meetings by more than 13 points a game. Two projection models both make the Cavaliers a two-point winner, which clears this number. Embiid is still managing a right foot issue, so I lean toward the home team.
Trail Blazers vs. Lakers Prediction and Pick
The Lakers (7-2) bring a three-game win streak and Luka Doncic, who averages more than 36 points. Portland (6-1) still beat them in Los Angeles on Oct. 27, with Damian Lillard hitting a decisive 3-pointer with 43 seconds left. The Blazers are up 5-2 against the spread and have an +11.1 average margin. They have won all five road games, including their last three by 22, 8, and 13 points. Deni Avdija has scored 21 to 28 in each of his last five games.
My Trail Blazers vs. Lakers prediction: Trail Blazers +3.5 (-105). Portland already won in this building, so a 3.5-point cushion looks generous. That number covers any Lakers win by three points or fewer. The +130 moneyline (43¢) offers a bolder swing for anyone who wants it. I'm backing both the Cavaliers -1.5 and the Trail Blazers +3.5.
