The BetMGM bonus code TOPACTION gives eligible new customers up to $1,500 back in bonus bets if their first qualifying wager does not win. Thursday's Patriots vs. Bears matchup kicks off at 8:15 p.m. ET on Prime Video, giving bettors a featured NFL game to use the offer on tonight.
The promotion works as first-bet protection. Place an eligible cash wager with BetMGM bonus code TOPACTION, and if it does not win, BetMGM returns the qualifying stake in nonwithdrawable bonus bets up to $1,500. If the wager wins, the normal cash payout applies.
Patriots vs. Bears is one of the top games on Thursday's NFL slate, while the latest NFL betting promos page compares BetMGM with other current welcome offers.

How the $1,500 Refund Works
BetMGM Sportsbook splits refunds by stake size. This table shows what you receive when your first bet loses at various amounts:
| Losing first bet | Bonus bets returned |
|---|---|
| $50 | One $50 bonus bet |
| $100 | Five $20 bonus bets |
| $500 | Five $100 bonus bets |
| $1,500 | Five $300 bonus bets |
Bonus bets pay profit only. For example, a $100 bonus bet wagered on NFL odds of -110 returns $90.91, not $190.91.
If your first bet wins, signing up with BetMGM bonus code TOPACTION pays you nothing extra. Instead, you keep your cash and skip the refund.
BetMGM bonus bets arrive at fixed sizes, so size your first bet around the bonus bets you want to place. You have seven days to wager through your bonus bets before they expire.

Patriots vs. Bears Prediction on BetMGM Sportsbook
Both teams arrive at 4-2 and come off wins in Week 6. BetMGM lists these odds as of publish time, which are subject to change leading into kickoff:
| Market | Patriots | Bears |
|---|---|---|
| Spread | +2.5 (-110) | -2.5 (-110) |
| Moneyline | +130 | -160 |
- Patriots vs. Bears prediction: Patriots +2.5 (-110)
Here is why I lean New England to cover the spread in hostile territory on a short week:
- The Bears defense bleeds yards. Chicago is tied for last in yards allowed per play. Its secondary surrendered three touchdown passes to Michael Penix Jr. after two to Jordan Love.
- Drake Maye thrives against that profile. He has thrown 10 touchdowns and one interception over his last three games. Against bottom 15 defenses, he owns seven touchdowns and zero interceptions.
- The ground game adds a second path. Chicago allows 4.5 yards per carry, 24th in the league. New England has ran for 143 or more yards in each of its last three wins.
- The Patriots defense travels. It allows 18.8 points and 300.8 yards per game, both top six marks. It also ranks top 11 on third downs, explosive plays and in the red zone.
- The yards per play gap favors New England. The Patriots hold a positive season long differential, and Chicago sits negative.
