The DraftKings promo code for Thursday Night Football asks for one $5 bet and pays you back with $200 in bonus bets, plus three months of NBA League Pass. There's no code to enter. Patriots vs. Bears kicks off at 8:15 p.m. ET from Soldier Field on Prime Video, and the play we like is a two-leg same-game build: Bears moneyline (around -148) with the Under 50.5.
Both NFL teams show up at 4-2. New England has won three in a row, most recently 26-19 over the Jets on Sunday. Chicago got Caleb Williams back from a three-game hamstring absence and he was sharp in a 31-23 win at Atlanta, completing 30 of 36 throws for 305 yards.

Good news for both fan bases this week: Illinois and Massachusetts are on the list. Bears fans in Chicago and Patriots fans around Boston can both sign up before kickoff, as long as they meet the age requirement and are physically in an eligible state that allows sports betting sites.
How the DraftKings Promo Code Bonus Pays Out
The ask is small. Your first bet on DraftKings Sportsbook needs to be $5 or more, and the offer is limited to one per new customer. The terms don't attach a win requirement to that first wager.
The $200 comes in pieces. DraftKings drops $50 in bonus bets every seven days across a 21-day window, and you have to claim each drop yourself with a click in the app. Miss the window and you lose it: both the bonus bets and the click-to-claim prompts expire seven days (168 hours) after they're issued. Set a reminder if you're the forgetful type.
Two more terms worth knowing:
- The bonus bets are non-withdrawable, so you have to play them through.
- The stake comes out of any winning payout. A $50 bonus bet that cashes at even money pays $50, not $100.
The drip schedule actually suits football season. One $50 piece can ride on Thursday's game, the next on the Week 8 Sunday slate, and so on through the middle of November. If you'd like to compare this against what other books are paying out right now, our NFL betting promos page keeps a running list.
What You Get With NBA League Pass
The second half of the deal is one promo code for a three-month NBA League Pass subscription, paid for by DraftKings. The season tipped off this week, so the timing works. Read the fine print, though. You have to redeem the code by Dec. 19, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET, and once the free stretch ends the subscription auto-renews monthly at the going rate (currently $16.99 a month) unless you cancel. Cancel anytime if you only want the free three months. League Pass's own terms of use also apply.
DraftKings Promo Code: Patriots vs. Bears Odds
Kickoff: Thursday, Oct. 22, 2026, 8:15 p.m. ET | Venue: Soldier Field, Chicago | TV: Prime Video
| Market | DraftKings (Mon., Oct. 19) | Market Now (around, Oct. 20-21) |
|---|---|---|
| Spread | Bears -2.5 (-115) / Patriots +2.5 (-105) | Bears -3 |
| Moneyline | Bears -148 / Patriots +124 | Bears around -148 / Patriots around +124 |
| Total | Over 49.5 (-110) / Under 49.5 (-110) | 50.5 |
The story of this line is the total climbing. It opened in the high 40s and has been bet up to 50.5 since. The spread has nudged a half point toward Chicago too, with some markets touching Bears -3.5.
Patriots vs. Bears Prediction
- Patriots vs. Bears prediction: Bears moneyline (-148)
Chicago has the cleaner setup at home. The Bears have leaned on the run all season, while New England enters on a short week with both starting guards out and Morgan Moses questionable at right tackle.
That reshuffled Patriots offensive line could make life harder on Drake Maye against a Chicago defense that has been strong early in the season. New England has also committed 13 turnovers, giving the Bears another path to create short fields.
Both defenses have played well, but Chicago's home-field edge and New England's protection issues make the Bears moneyline my preferred side.
