I like Washington on Sunday night. The Eagles are preparing to start Tanner McKee again and will be without multiple receivers, while Jayden Daniels practiced in full this week. The three More or Less picks below all follow that same game script.

Washington fans in D.C. and Virginia can claim the offer, but Maryland is not included in the eligibility list. That means fans at Northwest Stadium cannot sign up from the stadium lot if they are physically located in Maryland.

Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware are also excluded, so Eagles fans in those states cannot claim ACTION1 from home. The four No Sweat tokens can each be used on an entry worth up to $50. If an entry using a token loses, Betr returns the entry fee as Betr Bucks, up to $200 across all four tokens.

Eagles vs. Commanders Prediction

Washington is roughly a 6-point home favorite amongst NFL odds, with the spread ranging from 5.5 to 6.5 depending on the sportsbook. The total sits around 40 to 40.5.

Washington last played before its bye in a 23-17 loss to San Francisco. Daniels completed 29 of 40 passes for 300 yards and two touchdowns, his best passing performance of the season.

That game also changed Washington's receiving corps. Terry McLaurin suffered a torn patellar tendon, leaving Stefon Diggs as the top target moving forward.

Washington's defense remains a concern. The Commanders rank near the bottom of the league against the pass and in points allowed, which keeps Philadelphia's offense from being an automatic fade.

The Eagles have their own larger problems. Philadelphia ranks near the bottom of the NFL in total offense, Jalen Hurts is likely out for the season, and McKee is preparing for a third consecutive start.

McKee threw for 215 and 211 yards in his first two starts, but his efficiency has remained poor compared with most qualified passers.

Philadelphia did win the Week 1 meeting 24-22, but its current injury situation looks very different.

The Eagles ruled out DeVonta Smith, Dontayvion Wicks and Britain Covey at wide receiver, along with linebacker Jihaad Campbell and cornerback Jonathan Jones.

Saquon Barkley was limited Friday after missing Wednesday and Thursday but carries no game designation, so he is expected to play.

Washington ruled out defensive tackle Javon Kinlaw. Jer'Zhan Newton, Daron Payne, John Bates and Treylon Burks are questionable.

Daniels practiced in full Wednesday and Thursday and does not carry a questionable designation.

Eagles vs. Commanders prediction: Commanders to win

Philadelphia is starting a backup quarterback without several of its top receiving options, while Washington comes in rested with Daniels healthy enough to practice fully. I prefer the Commanders outright and don't have a strong enough edge on the total.

Eagles vs. Commanders Betr Picks

Betr Picks uses More or Less projections rather than traditional sportsbook lines. On a one-game slate, I prefer building around one consistent read on how the matchup plays out.

All three picks below assume Washington controls the game.

Betr's Sunday-night projections were not publicly available when checked Friday, Oct. 30, so the numbers below are estimates based on sportsbook markets from Thursday and Friday. Compare them with Betr's live projections before entering.

PlayerStatProjection (around)Pick
Jayden Daniels (WAS)Passing yards198.5 (est.)More
Rachaad White (WAS)Rushing yards44.5 (est.)More
Tanner McKee (PHI)Passing yards203.5 (est.)Less

Jayden Daniels Passing Yards: More (around 198.5, est.)

Sportsbooks have generally placed Daniels between 198.5 and 203.5 passing yards.

That range looks playable after he threw for 300 yards against San Francisco. Losing McLaurin during that game did not stop Washington from moving the ball through the air, with Daniels spreading targets across the offense.

The matchup also gives him room to produce. Philadelphia has struggled against opposing receivers recently, and Daniels only needs a modest passing day to clear a number around 200.

The main risk is game script. If Washington builds a comfortable lead early, the Commanders may lean more heavily on the run.

Pick: More than around 198.5 passing yards

Rachaad White Rushing Yards: More (around 44.5, est.)

White enters as Washington's lead back and played more than 70% of the offensive snaps in the Commanders' last game before the bye.

He finished that game with 11 touches and 57 total yards, while sportsbook rushing lines have generally placed him around 44.5 to 45.5 yards.

If Washington plays from ahead, White should benefit from additional second-half carries.

Philadelphia has also struggled against the run recently, particularly in missed tackles and rushing efficiency allowed.

Jeremy McNichols can still take some work, which is why I'd be less interested if Betr pushes the number much higher than the mid-40s.

Pick: More than around 44.5 rushing yards

Tanner McKee Passing Yards: Less (around 203.5, est.)

McKee is the most fragile pick of the three.

He has cleared 200 yards in both starts, and Washington's pass defense has been one of the weaker units in the league.

The difference this week is personnel. Smith, Wicks and Covey have all been ruled out, leaving Dallas Goedert, rookie Makai Lemon and depth receivers to absorb most of the passing volume.

McKee needed 35 attempts to reach 211 yards last week, which shows how dependent he has been on volume rather than efficiency.

Sportsbooks have posted him anywhere from roughly 197.5 to 203.5. The Less becomes much more appealing at 203.5 than it does below 200.

If Betr posts a projection under 200, I'd pass rather than force the angle.

Pick: Less than around 203.5 passing yards

Bottom Line on Eagles vs. Commanders

The Betr promo code ACTION1 gives eligible new users four No Sweat tokens worth up to $200 back in Betr Bucks, plus a Free Pick.

For Sunday Night Football, I have Washington winning with Daniels clearing roughly 200 passing yards, White getting enough work to beat a mid-40s rushing projection and McKee staying below a number around 203.5 without several of Philadelphia's top receivers.

Barkley is expected to play, but check for any late injury changes and compare Betr's actual projections with the estimated numbers above before entering.
