His odds have surged more than any other player this offseason, and he's now in the mix for various betting markets.

Alabama's Bryce Young has been chalk to go No. 1 overall throughout the cycle.

C.J. Stroud of Ohio State is firmly cemented behind him among the quarterback crop, while Will Levis of Kentucky enjoyed his draft spike earlier this winter.

Richardson — like an 8th-placed Mario Kart driver with an arsenal of blue shells — has entered top-pick discussions from seemingly nowhere.

The dual-threat quarterback opened +10000 at BetMGM to go No. 1 in the 2023 NFL Draft.

His first big adjustment was on Monday — down to +4000 — then again two days later, when he was priced as low as +700.

The 6-foot-4 quarterback is coming off a season at Florida in which he posted 2,549 passing yards and 17 touchdowns against nine picks in 12 games.

Richardson completed only 53.8% of passes, but flashed upside with his legs to the tune of 654 rushing yards and nine scores.
