Their only loss was a 29-26 home defeat to New England, and Buffalo now enters this matchup coming off a bye.
Baltimore's offense has gone the opposite direction without Jackson. The Ravens scored 10 points in a 13-10 loss to Cleveland and 13 in a 35-13 loss to Cincinnati. Tyler Huntley has gone 1-2 as the starter during Jackson's absence.
There is at least reason for optimism. Jackson returned as a full participant in practice Wednesday, his first full session since suffering the high-ankle sprain.

Buffalo isn't healthy enough for us to trust the Under. The Bills rank 30th in opponent EPA per play, C.J. Gardner-Johnson is suspended, and Buffalo's games have cleared 53.5 points five times in six tries.
That leaves the outright winner as the cleaner market.
Buffalo is rested, at home and producing more consistently on offense. Baltimore is trying to stabilize after two losses while potentially bringing its quarterback back from a high-ankle sprain.
