Quarterbacks coach Cam Turner and defensive tackle Zach Allen won't travel, either.
Defensive coordinator Vance Joseph and assistant head coach/special teams coordinator Jeff Rodgers are expected to take Kingsbury's duties.
Arizona moved from +3 to a consensus 3.5-point road underdog across the board following the move.
Kingsbury, in his third season, is piloting the league's lone undefeated team at 5-0.
The Cardinals have been the class of a cutthroat NFC West, ranking sixth in yards per play and eighth in DVOA offense.
