Betting on quarterback ineptitude is one of my NFL guilty pleasures. I especially like back-breaking interceptions that completely flip the momentum of the game.
That’s why I’m diving headfirst into the quarterback interception market to identify key spots each week to cash in on quarterback miscues.
Each week of the season, I’ll give my two favorites to throw a pick.
In 2025, my record was 20-16 for +7.5U. In 2024, I was able to finish at 19-17 for +4.2U, and part of the strategy is finding mispriced INT prices, especially if they're at plus odds.
Here are my two favorite NFL interception props for Week 8.

NFL Interception Props for Week 8
- Joe Burrow to Throw an Interception (+125, DraftKings)
- Matthew Stafford to Throw an Interception (-108, DraftKings)
I love the price we’re getting on Bengals QB Joe Burrow to throw an interception vs. the Titans.
The recency bias might be taking this bet a little too far because he’s coming off back-to-back games with four touchdown passes and no interceptions, but the Titans are slowly becoming a handful for opposing quarterbacks.
Under head coach Robert Saleh, the Titans' pressure on defense has been starting to trickle through to the pocket and forcing quarterbacks to have some lapses in judgment. They’ve forced five interceptions on the season, with three over the last two games.
Another factor here is the Bengals don’t really run the ball — like at all.
Despite having four games where they were in neutral or leading the game script for the majority of the matchup, the Bengals still rank last in rush attempts per game and rushing yards per game.
Now, could Burrow go for another four passing TDs and have an easy week against a bad team? Of course! They’re facing the Titans, but when I see an INT prop that should be priced closer to +110, and the odds are higher, I’m going to bet on that almost every time.
Pick: Joe Burrow to Throw an Interception
There used to be a time when Matthew Stafford interception props would feed families. But after some downtime in the Sean McVay offense, Stafford was able to cap his picks at only eight in each of the last two seasons.
Now in 2026, we might be witnessing the clock getting close to midnight on Stafford, and we’re going to take his interception prop against the Chargers.
The Rams offense can move the ball on any defense. I don’t think that’s really up for debate, but the turnover-worthy plays are starting to stack up for Stafford this season in what looks to be a season from hell.
Injuries on both sides of the ball are mounting, with Rams pass-catching options seemingly all on the injured list. That has to be considered when you look at why Stafford already has seven interceptions in seven games (five of seven games overall).
Stafford’s turnover-worthy-throw rate is 4.3%, which may not sound like a lot, but it was 2.5% last year during his MVP campaign, so those bad throws are starting to mount. He only had 19 TWPs total last season (17 games), whereas he’s now at 12 through seven games.
The Chargers defense isn’t as strong as last year, but they still rank top five in INT rate per dropback and have forced an opposing quarterback to throw an INT in five of seven games. They also rank top 10 in pressure rate and blitz rate, which should bother Stafford in the pocket.
Coming off the bye, I think the Chargers defense will have a read on the Rams' offensive tendencies and find ways to exploit Stafford, who hasn’t been able to shake off pressure like in previous years, with seven TWPs vs. pressure and four interceptions.
