Betting an NFL Parlay with Anytime Touchdown scorers is incredibly fun, even if they’re mostly a losing proposition that will drain your bankroll if you’re not careful. Most sportsbooks tend to clean up on this bet type, so how do we scratch the parlay itch without overextending ourselves?

Allow me to introduce “The 180 Challenge” — here’s how it works in case you're not familiar with the concept:

Each week, I bet on a three-leg Anytime TD parlay that equates to somewhere around +1800 or more; $10 per parlay ticket, $180 total for the season. The goal is to win as much as possible. But the safety net is that you only need to hit one parlay all season to make your money back.

If you go 0-18 (which is unfortunate), the positive spin is it's only $180. This way, we can still participate in fun touchdown parlays while managing our bankroll without going overboard on bad spending habits.

Here’s my NFL Anytime Touchdown Parlay for Week 4.

NFL Parlay — Week 4 Anytime TD Picks

  • A.J. Brown Anytime TD Scorer (+180)
  • Kareem Hunt Anytime TD Scorer (+220)
  • Brian Thomas Jr. Anytime TD Scorer (+170)

Parlay Odds: +1889

Disclaimer: 18-1 parlays have less than 5% chance of hitting, and that percentage only shrinks as you increase the parlay odds. Keep your expectations in check and bet on these for recreation.

Eagles vs Buccaneers TD Pick: A.J. Brown

A.J. Brown finally got on the board last week against the Rams, and this week’s matchup could set him up for more success.

The Buccaneers are among the league’s best against the run, which should force the Eagles to lean heavier on the passing game.

That plays right into Brown’s hands, especially given what we’ve already seen from opposing WR1s against this Bucs defense.

Garrett Wilson found the end zone against Tampa Bay last week, Nico Collins scored against them the week before that, and Drake London could have had two touchdowns in Week 1.

With that trend in mind, Brown looks like the next top receiver to capitalize and continue the streak.

Ravens vs Chiefs TD Pick: Kareem Hunt

In an offense that’s been anything but consistent, Kareem Hunt has been the steady presence for the Chiefs.

Hunt found the end zone last week against the Giants, and has handled every carry inside both the 10-yard line for the Chiefs so far this season.

Meanwhile, Isiah Pacheco hasn’t been used in scoring range, leaving Hunt as the clear option near the goal line.

After watching the Lions carve up the Ravens on the ground last week, this looks like a spot where Kansas City leans on Hunt heavily in short-yardage situations, giving him an excellent chance to score again.

Jaguars vs 49ers TD Pick: Brian Thomas Jr.

Brian Thomas Jr. has only one touchdown this season, but this matchup gives him a strong chance to get back on track.

The 49ers play a heavy dose of zone coverage, particularly Cover 4, and even with his struggles this year, Thomas has actually performed well against zone looks.

He’s already seen two end-zone targets and currently leads the team in average depth of target, which signals his big-play role in the offense.

With San Francisco’s pass defense ranking bottom five in passing touchdowns allowed, this feels like the perfect spot for Thomas Jr. to find the end zone again.
