Betting an NFL Parlay with Anytime Touchdown scorers is incredibly fun, even if they’re mostly a losing proposition that will drain your bankroll if you’re not careful. Most sportsbooks tend to clean up on this bet type, so how do we scratch the parlay itch without overextending ourselves?

Allow me to introduce “The 180 Challenge” — here’s how it works in case you're not familiar with the concept:

Each week during the 2026 NFL season, I bet on a three-leg Anytime TD parlay that equates to somewhere around +1800 or more. $10 per parlay ticket, $180 total for the season.

We’ve beaten the challenge in each of the last three years. Let’s see if we can beat it again in Week 4!

NFL Parlay — Week 4 Anytime TD Picks

  • Malik Nabers Anytime Touchdown Scorer (+200, FanDuel)
  • Luther Burden Anytime Touchdown Scorer (+210, FanDuel)
  • Brock Bowers Anytime Touchdown Scorer (+185, FanDuel)

Disclaimer: 18-1 parlays have less than 5% chance of hitting, and that percentage only shrinks as you increase the parlay odds. Keep your expectations in check and bet on these for recreation.

Cardinals vs Giants TD Pick: Malik Nabers

Nabers looks primed for a breakout game as he continues to get healthier, with his snap count increasing in each game. He hasn’t scored yet this season, but he does have three red-zone targets.

He’ll face an Arizona secondary decimated by injuries, and opposing WR1s have scored against this defense in every game.

With Jameis Winston at quarterback, look for Nabers to get some deep targets and find the end zone for the first time this season.

Jets vs Bears TD Pick: Luther Burden

Luther Burden finally scored his first touchdown of the year on Monday Night Football, and I want to go right back to him because he is electric when he touches the ball.

He has a 32% first-read target share this season and has seen six red-zone targets.

The Jets defense isn’t scaring anyone, having allowed five passing touchdowns through three games, and I think that trend continues in Week 4 against the Bears.

Chiefs vs Raiders TD Pick: Brock Bowers

Bowers immediately made an impact in his season debut, running the most routes, leading the Raiders in targets per route run, and seeing three end-zone targets.

He could see 10+ targets again against the Chiefs, who have allowed two touchdowns to tight ends this season and don’t really have anyone on defense who can match up with Bowers in the red zone.

With the Raiders playing at home as underdogs and likely facing a pass-heavy game script, give me Bowers to score another touchdown this week.

  • Brock Bowers Anytime Touchdown Scorer (+185, FanDuel)
