Colts vs.

Broncos

The Colts went from beating the Chiefs at home to losing against the Titans the following week. Who knows which version of Indianapolis and Matt Ryan will show up in Week 5?

Giants vs.

Packers

After facing the QB combination of Brian Hoyer and Bailey Zappe in Week 4, who knows who the Packers will get in Week 5. Both Daniel Jones and backup Tyrod Taylor face injury concerns following New York's win over the Bears.

Lions vs.

Patriots

The Lions are 4-0 to the over this season, but we'll see who's under center for New England. Bailey Zappe did look solid against Green Bay in relief of Brian Hoyer.

Steelers vs.

Bills

The Kenny Pickett era is likely to get fully underway in a hostile environment against a high-scoring offense. Not ideal for the first-round pick.

Dolphins vs.

Jets

Tua Tagovailoa's status is unknown, but you'd think it's highly unlikely he's available for this game. The Jets will be flying high after Zach Wilson led them to a comeback win in Pittsburgh.

Falcons vs.

Buccaneers

Are the Atlanta Falcons … contenders? Atlanta is 4-0 against the spread this season and 2-2 overall, putting itself firmly in the NFC South race.

Seahawks vs.

Saints

Seattle is surprisingly 2-2, while the Saints are disappointingly 1-3. This will be a tough turn around for New Orleans, which traveled to and lost in London in Week 4.

Texans vs.

Jaguars

The Jaguars were brought back down to earth by the Eagles in Week 4, while the Texans remained grounded. Houston did show some fight against the Chargers, which is somewhat of a moral victory.

Titans vs.

Commanders

The Titans have won two straight, including a huge divisional matchup in Week 4 over the Colts. Washington, meanwhile, lost to Cooper Rush on the road. There doesn't appear to be much of a path to contention this season for the Commanders.

Bears vs.

Vikings

The Vikings will go for a third straight win this week after traveling back from London. The Bears showed some life offensively against the Giants, but they still managed just 12 points.

Chargers vs.

Browns

Both of these teams are .500 but have bigger aspirations than that. Los Angeles got back on track by holding off the Texans, while Cleveland fell in Week 4 against the upstart Falcons.

49ers vs.

Panthers

This line was released before the 49ers' Monday Night Football matchup against the Rams.

Cowboys vs.

Rams

It's possible that Dak Prescott returns to the Cowboys lineup for this game, which would make for a great matchup against the reigning Super Bowl champions.

Eagles vs.

Cardinals

The Eagles are unsurprisingly favored against a Cardinals team that has been thoroughly uninspiring through four weeks. Jalen Hurts vs. Kyler Murray should be fun, though.

Bengals vs.

Ravens

Baltimore is 2-2, but its two losses were a miracle comeback defeat against the Dolphins and to the Bills in Week 4. The Bengals, meanwhile, are tied with the Ravens after back-to-back wins.

Raiders vs.

Chiefs

The Raiders finally won! Congratulations! Now, they get to go to Arrowhead.
