NHL is back after a weekend layoff for the All-Star Game.
The All-Star weekend is fun but it’s difficult to find edges based on the unpredictability of it all. From a bettor’s perspective, it’s nice to get back to the regular season.
The NHL wasted no time giving us a big game with the matchup between the Carolina Hurricanes and the Toronto Maple Leafs.
The Canes are first in the Metropolitan Division with a 31-9-2 record. They are technically tied in points with the Rangers but the Canes have played five fewer games.
The Leafs are in second in the Atlantic Division with a 29-10-3 record. They sit three points behind the first-place Panther.
Both teams will be looking to solidify their playoff spot and help their path to earn the first seed in their respective divisions.
Action Network has tracked sharp action and PRO projections aligned on the same team’s moneyline in this game.
