The Florida Panthers have played a lot of hockey lately, but they've proven time and time again they're not bothered by fatigue. Ahead of Thursday's game against Philadelphia, Florida has won its last four games in a row.

The Flyers haven't had many successful stretches this season, but they come into this meeting on a two-game winning streak.

Philadelphia Flyers

Despite being completely dominated by the Vegas Golden Knights on Tuesday, the Flyers were able to grind out a 2-1 win, thanks to a 47 save performance by Carter Hart.

Philadelphia had no business winning their last game, but when Hart is on, he can steal two points any night. Hart has had a very frustrating season. He hasn't had many wins, but has done everything he can to help his team. The Flyers just haven't been very good in front of him. Hart is 11-18-6 on the season with a .913 save percentage and a +5.5 Goals Saved Above Expected.

The numbers for Hart are actually pretty impressive for being on the last place team in the Metropolitan Division. He will have to be at his best once again in this matchup against an explosive Panthers offense.

The Flyers will not be able to keep up with the Panthers. Philadelphia has the 30th-ranked offensive production, only scoring 2.52 goals per game. These teams have met twice already and the Flyers have struggled to score against the Panthers. In the two games combined, they have scored three goals.

That said, Philadelphia will need to be nearly perfect if they want to keep this game competitive.

Florida Panthers

The Panthers have continued to impress and show why they're the best offensive team in the NHL. They do such a great job at creating scoring chances off the rush, making it so hard for opponents to keep up with them.

The Panthers are averaging 4.12 goals scored per game. On their four-game winning streak, they have scored a total of 19 goals. Their captain, Aleksander Barkov, has one goal and seven assists during this span and he, along with Jonathan Huberdeau, have carried this team all season.

Sam Reinhart has been a key contributor as well, along with Aaron Ekblad on the back end, who has 50 points in 56 games. Ekblad has put himself in the conversation for the Norris Trophy, as he's fifth in points for defensemen and is +36 on the season.

The Panthers haven't been as good on the defensive end as they are on offense, but have still been steady. They only allow 2.88 goals per game, but starting goaltender Sergei Bobrovsky has a goals against average of 2.55 this season. Bobrovsky has been very consistent this year, going 29-6-3 on the season with a .916 save percentage and a fourth-best GSAx of +20.6 overall.

The Panthers have an advantage in almost every single statistical category.

Flyers vs. Panthers Pick

Even though the Flyers are on a two-game winning streak, it does feel like a complete fluke. They weren't the better team in either game and will most likely not be the better team in this contest. There is a reason why Philadelphia is in last place in the Metropolitan Division.

The Panthers are returning to home ice, where they have been absolutely incredible, skating to a record of 25-6-0 on home ice. Their offense has been so explosive, especially when they're in Florida and I could see them running up the score in this game.

The Panthers should cover the Puck Line without any issues.
