The Pittsburgh Penguins travel to Buffalo to face one of the hottest teams in all of hockey, the Buffalo Sabres.

The Sabres sit in second place in the Atlantic Division with a 6-3 record, and they are coming off two straight wins. Buffalo has scored 37 goals so far this season, which is tied for second in the Eastern Conference with none other than the Penguins.

Despite the goal-scoring, the Penguins have gotten off to a bit of a rocky start. They sit in second to last in the Metropolitan Division with a 4-4-2 record. However, six out of the eight teams in the division currently have a winning record.

The Penguins are coming off a hard-fought 6-5 shootout loss to the Boston Bruins, who currently sit in first in the Eastern Conference.

Action Network has tracked sharp action coming in on one side and the total. Action Network's PRO projections also align with the sharp action.
