The 2022 Olympic men’s hockey tournament begins on Wednesday, Feb. 9 when the 12 teams vying for gold in Beijing will begin their quest for glory.
The betting favorite entering the tournament is the Russian Olympic Committee, which checks in at +160 according to odds released by DraftKings. Finland, Sweden, Canada and Czech Republic check in behind at +400, +500, +700 and +900, respectively.
After that top five, there’s a steep odds drop down to Team USA, which checks in at +1600. Every team from USA on down would qualify is a long shot, all the way down to China — which automatically qualified for the tournament as the host country — at an outrageous 700/1 to win gold.

- Group B: ROC, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Denmark
