DraftKings Sportsbook (in Ontario) has posted odds on who will win the 2024 U.S. Presidential Election with former President Donald Trump favored over Florida Governor Ron DeSantis and current President Joe Biden.

Sportsbooks cannot offer political betting in the United States.

Neither Trump, 76,  nor DeSantis, 43, has officially stated any plans on running in the republican primary, but the two are considered the betting favorites at +250 and +300, respectively.

Trump won the 2016 election against Hillary Clinton, who is listed at +4000 to win the 2024 election.

Trump lost the 2020 election to Biden in what was a wild day in the betting markets. Biden opened as a big favorite, was an underdog by Tuesday night, and eventually became the favorite again in the early morning on Wednesday before pulling away.

Biden is +550 on the opening number, which is relatively high for a sitting president. But it's unknown whether or not the incumbent will seek a second term.

As the Action Network's Anthony Dabbundo said in May, it's unprecedented for a sitting president to not seek re-election in good health, but Biden will be 82 in November of 2024, leaving some uncertainty of his future plans.

Biden's approval rating is just 38.7%, according to Five Thirty Eight, the lowest in his presidency. Trump's approval rating when leaving office was 38.6 percent, the lowest since President Jimmy Carter in 1981.

Vice President Kamala Harris (+1200) and former VP Mike Pence (+1400) are next on the board before odds drop down to +2500 on more speculative candidates.

Former South Carolina governor Nikki Haley and U.S. Secretary of Transportation Pete Buttigieg are each +2500. Buttigieg ran against Biden in the Democratic primary in 2020 after serving as mayor of South Bend, Indiana.

Another Democrat is next in California Governor Gavin Newsom at +3000, just ahead of Michelle Obama at +3500.

Celebrities and non-politicians are found throughout the oddsboard, which became more normal after Trump's first election. Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson has the best odds of anyone not directly affiliated with politics at +4000.

DraftKings took its first bet on The Rock for $19.20.

Fox News host Tucker Carlson is +5000, Amazon founder Jeff Bezos is +6500 and Kayne West is among those at +10000.
