Fever vs. Dream Preview

The Fever bounced back to force a winner-take-all matchup for Game 3, but their reward is to go back to Atlanta, where they are 0-2 on the season. As for the Dream, they were held quiet offensively, which is atypical for them, as they finished second in offensive rating.

Although, ever since they've suffered a bevy of injuries to their backcourt, the Fever have become more stout defensively, and we should expect their defensive intensity to be ramped up in this critical matchup.

That circumstance means trouble for Atlanta guard Jordin Canada. Canada faces a tough matchup against the Fever, who allow the fewest points and assists per game to opposing guards.

In addition to the matchup, we've also seen her role reduced lately, as she's averaging just 22.5 minutes per game over her last five games, compared to nearly 28 minutes per game throughout the season.

Canada's reduced role and inefficient shooting of late has greatly impacted her production. While we saw her pick up six assists in Game 2, she went just 2 of 7 from the floor and is 3 of 15 from the floor in this series.

With her minutes decreasing and her shooting stroke running cold, all signs point to Canada staying under this total for a sixth straight game.
